WHAT KIND OF UPDATES CAN WE GET DONE IN 1 HOUR?
You can use the included hour in any way you wish, we can help you replacing content, images, replacing colors or fonts, creating a new section for your site, or whatever else you can think of.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN 1 HOUR OF UPDATES?
Only up to 1hour is included in the monthly plan, if you require more than 1 hour of our time our $40 per hour rate will apply for larger jobs.
DOES THE FREE HOUR ROLL OVER INTO THE FOLLOWING MONTH?
Sorry, our monthly 1-hour retainer does not carry over to the following month.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SITE GETS HACKED?
In the unlikely event that your website is hacked while you are on our Website Maintenance Plan, we will take care of restoring your site back to normal and solving any vulnerabilities.
